The Four-Step Treatment Process

Step 2 — Implant placement. Implants are placed under local anesthesia or IV sedation, followed by a healing period of a few weeks to several months. You wear temporary bridges throughout, so you are never without teeth, and you help design your new smile — including choosing the shade.
Step 3 — Prototypes. Once the implants are stable, you receive a second set of temporaries called prototypes. These let you live with the design and request adjustments before the final teeth are made.
Step 4 — Final zirconia bridges. Your final bridges are crafted to detailed specifications and fitted at a concluding appointment. The result is permanent — brushing and flossing keep it in good condition.
Recovery and Aftercare
Mild discomfort and swelling are expected, and we provide pain management instructions plus guidance on eating and oral hygiene during healing. A soft diet is essential for the first week or two while the implants integrate with the bone. Most patients return to work within three to five days.
